Gold Cowrie Shell Bracelet

I’ve been looking for cowrie shell pieces for a while now and I was so exited when I saw this bracelet come across my timeline! Cowrie shells hold a special place in my heart, so buying this piece made by someone who looks like me was a no brainer. My bracelet came quickly & it was packaged so well!

Beautiful bracelet. Worn it several times and it is definitely an eye catcher and well put together.

Love it! I get a lot of compliments on it and it’s well made.

I noticed that it snagged on some fabric but I closed the jump rings tighter with jewelry pliers and that seemed to fix it.

I purchased the bracelet and necklace together and was really happy with them when they arrived. The bracelet has a nice weight to it, looks great on, and was exactly the type of piece I wanted to add to an outfit.

Unfortunately, after only wearing the bracelet about three times, the clasp broke. I definitely understand that this is an affordable fashion piece, so I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I did expect to get more than a few wears out of it.

Overall, I still think the jewelry is cute and I love the style of the pieces. I just think a stronger clasp would make a big difference in the quality and longevity of the bracelet. A little disappointing because I really enjoyed wearing it while it lasted!
