Return and Repair Policy

Thank you for choosing Koya Kollection. We want you to love your jewelry, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our Return and Repair Policy below:

Returns

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for non-custom items only. Customized pieces, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

  2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.

  3. Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  4. Exclusions: Not all items may qualify for a return. Returns are subject to evaluation, and we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria.

  5. Costs: Shipping costs to return items will be subject to the customer. 

Repairs

  1. Eligibility: Repairs are also available for non-custom items within 30 days of ship date. Some custom items may not qualify for repairs.

  2. Conditions: To be eligible for a repair, the item must be within the 30-day timeframe and show evidence of a manufacturing defect.

  3. Evaluation: All repair requests are subject to evaluation. Not all items may be repairable.

  4. Costs: Shipping costs to return items will be subject to the customer.

Quality Issues

  1. Refunds: If your return is due to a quality issue, we may offer a refund. Quality issues include manufacturing defects or damages that occurred during the production process.

  2. Refund Process: Refunds for quality issues will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.

  3. Custom Items are NOT eligible for refund once production has begun. 

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or repair, please contact our customer service team at Koya Kollection Jewelry Co within the 30-day timeframe.

  2. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  3. Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
